St. George Field Trip

Lyla and I took our girls to St. George for a "field trip" as Kami called it. It was so much fun to get out of Vegas. Lyla grew up on the east coast and hasn't seen much of the west. She's been pretty much everywhere else...... (that's for you girl!). She was sure I was going to trick her into a baptismal font once we hit UTAH soil....hee hee!
We walked around the grounds of the beautiful St. George temple with the girls and had our very own photo op as seen below. We got to see the Joseph Smith movie in the visitors center all by ourselves in a mini-theatre.
A buffet, Tai Pan and the shortest time I've ever spent in a thrift store (like 4 minutes) and we were on the road back home. In the words of the four year old as I tucked her into bed that night, "IT WAS A GREAT DAY"! And so it was......
